My friend signed up, where's my Bitcoin bonus?

If your friend did not use your referral code or sign up link properly during the initial registration, unfortunately, there is no way for us to apply the referral bonus retroactively. The referral system requires the link or code to be entered correctly upfront when creating the new account.

While we understand it's disappointing to miss out on the bonus in cases of user error, we have to enforce a consistent process for fairness to all our users. However, you can absolutely still earn referral bonuses for any new friends or family you refer going forward.
