Organiser

The “Catch That” Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is organised by Tap Global Limited (“Tap”). By participating, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. All decisions made by Tap regarding the Giveaway are final and binding.

Eligibility

To enter, participants must:

• Be at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
• Have an active, fully verified Tap account.
• Reside in a jurisdiction where participation in such promotions is legally permitted.

In accordance with UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) regulations, UK residents are not eligible to participate in any giveaway that promotes, includes, or is related to cryptocurrency products or rewards. Tap reserves the right to disqualify entries that violate this restriction.

Giveaway Period

The Giveaway runs from 29/07/2025 to 31/07/2025. Only entries submitted within this period will be considered.

How to Participate

To qualify, participants must:

1. Like the official Giveaway post.
2. Post a screenshot showing a perfectly aligned coin from the fast‑moving GIF featured in the Giveaway post.
3. Be a Tap user with a fully verified account.

Entries that do not meet all three criteria will be disqualified.

Winner Selection

• Winners will be selected by Tap from all valid entries that meet the participation criteria.
• Tap’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.

Rewards

• The prize will be a mystery prize, revealed only to the winner of the prize.
• The prize will be credited to the winner’s Tap account (or otherwise delivered, depending on the prize) within 15 days after the Giveaway ends.
• Rewards are non‑transferable, non‑exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other alternatives.
• Participants are solely responsible for any tax obligations arising from receipt of a reward.

Notification

Winners will be contacted via direct message on the platform where they entered. Winners must respond within 72 hours to claim the prize. Failure to respond will result in disqualification and selection of an alternative winner.

Participants are responsible for ensuring their direct message settings allow Tap to contact them.

Disqualification

Tap reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:

• Provides false information.
• Uses fraudulent methods to enter.
• Violates Tap’s Terms of Use or these Giveaway Terms.

Publicity

By entering, participants grant Tap permission to use their name, username, and submitted content (e.g., screenshot) for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

Liability

Tap is not responsible for any technical issues, errors, downtime, or other disruptions affecting entry or participation. Tap may cancel, modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway at any time, at its sole discretion.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Gibraltar. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gibraltar.

The Giveaway is void where prohibited by law. Participation does not constitute financial advice, an endorsement, or a solicitation to invest in any digital asset. Cryptocurrency trading involves risk.
