Tappy's Favourite Crypto Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

‍Promotion Period: 15 April 2025 at 3:00 PM CET – 16 April 2025 at 3:00 PM CET

Sponsor: Tap Global Limited, a company registered in Gibraltar (Company No. 116677), licensed under the Gibraltar Financial Services Commission (DLT Provider Licence No. FSC1231B).

1. Eligibility

1.1. Open to individuals aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.

1.2. Entrants must hold a verified Tap account in good standing to be eligible.

1.3. Void where prohibited by law.

2. How to Enter

2.1. To enter, participants must complete all of the following during the Promotion Period:

• Follow @tap_fintech on X (Twitter)
• Comment their guess of Tappy's favourite cryptocurrency on the promotional post
• Tag at least one friend in their comment

2.2. No purchase necessary. Entry is free.

2.3. Limit one entry per person. Multiple comments or accounts will not increase chances of winning.

3. Prize

3.1. One winner will receive $100 USD equivalent in Tappy's favourite cryptocurrency, credited to their verified Tap account.

3.2. The prize value is calculated at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of credit.

3.3. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other cryptocurrency.

4. Winner Selection & Notification

4.1. The winner will be selected at the Sponsor's discretion from among all eligible entries that correctly guess Tappy's favourite cryptocurrency.

4.2. In the event multiple correct entries are received, the winner will be chosen at random or by the Sponsor's judgment.

4.3. The winner will be announced publicly on @tap_fintech and contacted via X Direct Message within 48 hours of selection.

4.4. The winner must respond to claim their prize within 7 days of notification. Failure to respond may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner.

5. Prize Claim

5.1. To claim the prize, the winner must send their TNG (Tap user code) via X Direct Message to @tap_fintech.

5.2. The prize will be credited within 14 business days of confirmation.

6. General Conditions

6.1. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

6.2. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that it reasonably believes breaches these terms, is fraudulent, or is otherwise inappropriate.

6.3. The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the promotion at any time without prior notice if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable.

6.4. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with X Corp. Participants release X Corp from any liability.

6.5. The Sponsor's decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Sponsor excludes liability for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in this promotion or acceptance of the prize.

7.2. Cryptocurrency values are volatile. The Sponsor is not responsible for any change in the value of the prize after credit.

8. Governing Law

8.1. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Gibraltar. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Gibraltar courts.
