What do I need to get verified?

Once you download the Tap app, in order to get verified you’ll need:

- A valid email address

- A Valid phone number 

- A proof of identity: You can upload a picture of your ID card, a driving licence or a passport

- A proof of address less than 3 months old: You can upload a picture of PDF of a utility bill, bank statement or a government-issued document. 

-> This should be your physical address as we can't accept a PO Box or business address. 

- A selfie: it’s time to smile!

And voila! All you have to do now is wait for the account to be authorized. Most accounts are approved within 1 business day. If you experience an issue in getting your account approved, please reach out to the support team.
