How to generate a Sort Code/IBAN

Here is a simple process to enable you to generate the Sort Code/IBAN for the desired currency accounts. To proceed, please follow the steps below:

- Access the Home Screen of the Tap app.

-Tap on the "Cash" option.

- Select the currency you wish to generate the Sort Code/IBAN for. For example, if you want to generate the Sort Code/IBAN for Euro, tap on "Euro."

- Choose the option "Add via Bank Transfer" to initiate the request.

- After initiating the request, please allow up to 45 minutes for your IBAN to be generated.
