In order to prevent your card from being fraudulently used in case of loss or theft you can lock your Tap card.
Here is how to proceed: • Start from the homepage • Navigate to your card dashboard • Under your virtual card you will encounter the action " Freeze card" • Press on little toggle next to it in order to lock your card.
Please note that you can unlock your card the same way.
