“Money Talks” Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

Organiser

The “Money Talks” Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is organised by Tap Global Limited (“Tap”),
by participating in The ETH Edge Challenge (the "Campaign"), organised by Tap Global Limited ("Tap" or the "Promoter"), each participant agrees to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions. All decisions made by the Promoter in relation to the Campaign are final and binding in all respects.

Eligibility

To be eligible to enter the Giveaway, participants must:

• Be at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
  
• Have an active, fully verified Tap account at the time of participating.
  
• Reside in a jurisdiction where participation in such promotions is legally permitted.
  Please note: Opening a Tap account after winning does not qualify for eligibility.

In accordance with UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) regulations, UK residents are not eligible to participate in any Giveaway post or campaign that promotes, includes, or is related to cryptocurrency products or rewards.

Posts that fall under this category will be clearly marked and must not be entered into by UK-based users. Tap reserves the right to disqualify entries that violate this restriction.

Campaign Period

The Giveaway campaign will run from 20 May 2025 to 27 June 2025.

Each individual post will:

• Define its own 48-hour participation window, starting from the time of publication.
  
• Specify the reward available for that particular post.
  
  

Only entries submitted within the stated timeframe and in line with the post’s conditions will be considered valid.

How to Participate

Participants must follow the specific instructions outlined in each social media post published under the “Money Talks” campaign. This may include (but is not limited to):

• Following Tap’s official social media account
  
• Liking the post
  
• Commenting in response to a prompt
  
• Tagging friends
  
• Sharing or reposting content
  
  

Only entries submitted within the 48-hour window for each post will be considered valid.

Winner Selection

Winners will be selected by Tap based on a mix of qualitative and engagement-based criteria, including:

• The creativity, humor, or inspiration of the comment
  
• Engagement actions (e.g., retweets, tags, shares) that help boost participation
  
• Fulfilment of the post-specific criteria

Tap’s decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.

Rewards

Rewards will be credited to users' Tap accounts within 15 days after the Campaign ends.

The exchange rate used for reward distribution will be determined at Tap's sole discretion at the time of processing.

Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and may not be redeemed for cash or other alternatives.

Participants are solely responsible for any tax obligations arising from receipt of a reward.

Notification

Winners will be contacted via direct message on the platform they participated on. They must respond within 72 hours to claim the prize. Failure to respond may result in disqualification and selection of an alternative winner.

If Tap is unable to contact a selected winner due to closed or restricted messaging settings, that participant will be disqualified and an alternative winner may be selected.

Disqualification

Tap reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:

• Provides false information
  
• Uses fraudulent methods to enter
  
• Violates the Tap Terms of Use or these Giveaway Terms

Publicity

By participating, you grant Tap permission to use your name, username, and/or submitted content (such as comments) for promotional purposes related to this campaign, without additional compensation.

Liability

Tap is not responsible for any technical issues, errors, platform downtime, unauthorized interventions, or other disruptions that may affect entry, participation, or integrity of the Campaign. Tap reserves the right to cancel, modify, suspend, or terminate the Campaign at any time, with or without notice, at its sole discretion.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Gibraltar. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gibraltar.

The Campaign is void where prohibited by law. Participants are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations.
